Did warm up, physical training, and drills. Nothing much happen today, coach mainly focus on doubles.

Hello!
Sorry for the late update. We have training on the 16.08.08, yesterday, Saturday.
I was fun. Actually all training are fun, haha. Coach was late so we played for the first hour, from 10 to 11. Some people slacking and waiting for empty courts. Not much people when today as some seniors have to do their stuff. At 11.30am, coach came, we did food work. Front 4set of 10, Centre 4sets of 10, back 4sets of 10, straight 4sets of 10. It was tiring. After that, we were grouped to do feeding by friends. Coach trained mainly some boys and doubles. Candice, Erin, Nicolette and immjoo[me], played robin rally. We end around 12.30. Played defence and attack. Ended at 1pm, and the girls celebrates yee suen's belate birthday! From all members,

After that we leave for home. it was a tiring day so everyone went home and rest after lunch.

Hi all,
Okay, Jane asked me to post about the t-shirt for both B and C division girls. Hah.



We took a picture of it and it looks like this :

Umm, this is not our competition T-shirt by the way, it's just another badminton shirt for the two division of girls. I think Jane mentioned it to most of you already.

Anyway, it looks more like the kind of 'electric blue' in real. If you've seen the OBS polo shirt in blue, it looks like that colour. Yeap.

And it's quite plain, with an APACS print in front (as you can see from the picture above), and then one at the end of the sleeves as well.

I think it cost like less than 20bucks. And IF, i mean if, im not wrong, i think it's not compulsory. But please buy if you can cause we may be using it for upcoming competitions ( MAYBE).

Okay, and lastly, contact Immjoo, and Jane for the size you want, as soon as possible. (Imjoo, for the lower sec : Jane, for the upper sec. ) :D

Hey , there's some changes to the badminton t-shirt. From what i know, people prefer the first design w/o the logo. So we'll stick to the first design and there will be no logo. Which mean the logo will be replaced by the word HIHS, and behind will be just BADMINTON. Anything to add ; Please tag the blog & tell us your opinion cause the design will be sent on this friday. & btw most of the people wanted the shirt to be white so the t shirt will be white in colour.
